Solving the Unemployment Puzzle

Solving unemployment is like solving a 2000 piece puzzle - if too many pieces are missing then none of the pieces fit into place. The required pieces fall into 3 major categories:

• Education and awareness - Creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Business strategy and development - Leveraging best practices for scaling up businesses
• Employer/Employee engagement - Development of skills, accountability, and integrity at every level

To meet this need we...

• Provide thought leadership
• Build awareness and advocate
• Partner with existing programs and organizations to target specific needs and develop strategic economic solutions
• Generate and make available resources to partners, businesses, and communities - for example:
  • Apps for farmers and local professionals
  • Training programs
  • Business strategy materials, videos, and books
• Mentor businesses, leaders, and job seekers
• Measure our progress

We focus geographically to have a bigger impact in a localized region. And we document how we do it so others can repeate this success in other corners of the world.
